It looks great but

It's not very good at microwaving especially in the middle (off to each side it's not as bad). Still not as good as the discount bargain bin microwave I had in college.
And it makes an awful grinding/groaning type noise from somewhere inside it. I think instead of a turntable the microwave emitter must be rotating? It's made the noise since day 1 but I just didn't want to deal with it. 9 months later at least it's not getting any worse.
But it does look great. And like 99.9% of the time it's not actually being used to microwave anything anyway so why am I so disappointed?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
