A slight disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I hadn’t been in such a hurry to desperately need a replacement refrigerator I would’ve taken more time to research my pick. I love your brand (I have an over 35 year old chest freezer still going strong so your brand was a no brainer but I had many more features in my last Kenmore that I don’t get in the Whirlpool one of which is a light in the freezer which I miss so much. My old one was a bottom freezer top refrigerator and I loved that setup but switched to top freezer type. I regret switching. If I could return the new one in exchange for a bottom freezer I would in a second, but I’ll have to live with that decision. Otherwise it seems like it’s going to be an ok purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and the freezer and refrigerator doors do not close tightly!! There are gaps in the gaskets that seal doors tightly! ! Very disappointed with purchase. We are having it serviced this week, couldn’t get anyone to come out till then. Because of the gaps, our freezer has frost in upper level and inside of freezer door. The motor seems to be running constantly!!! The food in the back of refrigerator freezes also. We thought we were getting a good Brand name, but maybe there is not such a thing anymore!! Very shoddy work and obviously not inspected properly before leaving factory!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
