This is easily the best laptop I've ever owned -- and I've had a number of laptops over the years. It was easy to unpackage and set up. Screen resolution and brightness is excellent. And is thin, light and fast. I also like that the web cam has a sliding privacy cover.

It's slim, fast and reliable so far. Nice resolution on the screen, however, it was shipped to me brand new from HP and it was missing an updated screen driver, so I couldn't increase the screen brightness at all. It was also missing an updated camera driver, so the webcam wouldn't work with Zoom. Had to update a bunch of drivers, and frankly I'd prefer HP to do all of that before selling me a high-end business laptop. The battery life is not quite as long as I'd like it to be, but it's sufficient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After two weeks of use I have had no issues with this laptop. The performance is very good. I have used it with Office and photo and video editing software and all ran smoothly.

Great upgrade from my last HP laptop, circa 2016. I started a new job, and while that laptop was working beautifully still, I thought it’d be easier to start fresh. I didn’t realize the advances in speed and usability. Very happy with my purchase so far.
