As an original owner of a VoodooPC from 2005 before they were acquired by HP in 2006 it's replacement had to be an HP Omen - water cooled like it's predecessor. It's in a quality case, that seems to be specially made by Coolermaster (has a Coolermaster PSU too), the case comes apart easily or for upgrades, simple push button catches for the sides and front. Behind the back panel there are two empty bays for 2.5" SSDs and three further bays for 5.25" HDDs and sufficient empty SATA ports on the motherboard too.
This machine is running a Core i7 13700K processor, which is a high performance beast which also runs hot - in Turbo boost mode it consumes 253w and much of that energy is converted into heat - yeah this one will keep your room warm too!
In standard form the standard rear exhaust 120mm fan and rear mounted CPU cooling radiator plus 2x120mm front mounted fans that push air into the case can't keep the CPU cool - temps climb into the 90 degrees C territory easily (and the CPU has an operational limit of 100 degrees C).
It's small wonder that HP's own support web site describes the process for upgrading the cooling fans by adding a pair of 120mm fans into the top of the case to extract hot air. I actually used a Cooler Master MasterFan SF240R ARGB 120mm Dual Computer Case Fan for the top exhaust upgrade with the added advantage that the ARGB daughter board behind the back cover has a spare socket for the fans so they get the fully lighting effects for both with a single cable connection too. Adding an additional intake fan has resulted in the CPU temps never exceeding 60 degrees C even with a game like Far Cry 6 in 4K with everything cranked to the maximum - because there is more airflow everything runs quieter too.
The Nvidia RTX 4070Ti video card is excellent, have played COD MW2 in 4K with everything turned to the maximum and its silky smooth.
The Omen 40L GT21-1004na Gaming PC is incredible value out of the box and can easily be enhanced too. Recommended

I bought this PC for my son to carry out his 'graphics' heavy college assignments (computer game design) i am very pleased with it, it is a fantastic PC. One criticism would be the absence of cooling fans fitted to the top of the PC to assist in keeping it cool. I have since fitted coolermaster fans myself.
