With my laptop it is plug and play but I didn't have the right port in my PC so had to get a different cord, but it works great. Screen is vivid and perfect for what I need. Love it!

My partner also works from home on Fridays and we only had one set of monitors. This travel monitor was the perfect solution! Now I can go to coffee shops to work or simply use it at my kitchen table while he works at the desk! Very happy with the purchase. It does drain your laptop battery so you’ll need to be near an outlet ideally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you need to share screen visibility while utilizing your laptop/tablet, then this portable monitor is the perfect option. However, if you need a temporary monitor with an actual desktop and no other monitor, this will not work for you. It's an add-on to be a duplicate of your screen only - as far as I've been able to utilize it. Nothing wrong with it other than not fitting my purposes.
