Terrible mattress

The entire experience has been disappointing. The mattress has no support—you just sink right into it. Since it was a closeout model, Tempur-Pedic won’t even work with us on an exchange. It’s only six months old and we’re already replacing it. Our last Tempur-Pedic lasted 15 years, but after this experience, we won’t be purchasing from them again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m obsessed with my bed. It’s so comfortable, I sleep better than ever. I have the adjustable frame and pro adapt low pillow. They complete the best sleep package ever. I looked at all the other online mattresses and had chosen a couple different types but was reluctant to order one without actually testing it. My niece said they had a tempur pedic and love it. Went to the store and tried it out and really liked it. My brother and his wife also recently purchased one. There is nothing I don’t like about it.
I do wish they had replacement covers for the pillow because the dog chewed the corner.

Maybe the next step up would be better

First off my wife loves this bed. I have back and shoulder pain and was hoping the nice expensive bed would be more helpful to get me some sleep. We have added a little extra padding to my side and we will see if that helps.

There is less movement felt on the non spring mattress. That makes the sleeping easier.

Don’t honor warranty

Our mattress started developing cracks and holes all over it clearly due to a manufacturer issue. The mattress is only six years old. We went to go claim the warranty and they only gave excuses on why they could not honor the warranty. Their excuses were stains on the mattress cover (caused by children, spilling juice) that we proved did not penetrate into the mattress itself. Were that they did not approve the base we had even though we bought the base specifically for the mattress from an authorized Tempur-pedic dealer and they told us when we bought it that it was a recommended base for Tempur-pedic mattresses…. after many emails and frustrations, they refuse to honor their warranty. It was a great mattress until it started falling apart. The mattresses are a great product, but do not trust them to honor their warranty unless the mattress is in basically unused condition.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality sleep.

I have purchased this mattress to replace my previous tempurpedic that was about 20 years old. The original mattress was ok but I am glad to buy the new one. It is very comfortable as was the old one.
