Doesn't warm milk

FYI doesn't warm the actual milk with BOON Nursh bottles. It definitely heats up the hard plastic shell of the bottles, but the milk within the silicone pouch is ice cold, which completely defeats the purpose. And yes, I followed the instructions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The warming time can vary depending on the type of bottle you’re using. The machine includes suggested settings, but if those don’t work for you, we recommend testing which time frame works best in your case. For example, a quick warm will heat the water faster, which may make the bottle itself feel warmer, while a steady warm takes longer but can be more effective for evenly warming the liquid.

Great warmer but battery can be better

This bottle warmer is easy to use, doesnt hold the old milk smell after use and cleans very easily however I wish the battery life was longer.

Easy to use bottle warmer

It's simple to use and warms the breast milk well. I've been using with silicone bottles, and that's been a challenge. I have to use the setting 5-6 (about 3 higher than recommend for glass bottles) for about 2-3 oz of milk.
Pros
- Easy to use, only a few buttons (though the labeling is questionable - why not just Breast milk/Formula options?)
- Warms quickly and safely for breast milk
- The basket is nice to lift the bottle after use, and it heats up quickly.
- It shuts down automatically after warming, so no energy waste, and can continuously use the same water.
- Looks modern, simple, and compact (which means heats quickly as well). Good quality.

Love it, but quickly broke

The bottle warmer was great! But it started leaking water and two of the buttons/settings stopped working after only 2 weeks of using this product.
