Ok this product after a couple uses caused a lot of build up, and always have formula on the inside causing lost of milk in bottle, formula is too expensive to have to take a lost every bottle followed directions and the milk is still coming out of the bottle every heating... I have a preemie baby so even heating 2oz I take a lost every bottle way less after heating and it has to be cleaned after every use...

Product doesn't hold a charge, despite charging all night!

Please ensure you're using a 20W USB-C charger for best charging results, as lower wattage chargers (like USB-A to USB-C) can charge very slowly or ineffectively. If you've already tried this and it's still not working properly, please reach out to our Customer Care team. The warmer comes with a 12-month warranty, and we'd be happy to help troubleshoot or replace it if needed.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the bottle & breastmilk warmer. It should be warming your milk to the correct temperature. The settings on the back of the device are more of a guideline. If your not getting the temperature you desire, try adjusting the setting up or down to find the one that works best for you and your bottle type.
