Love my 45i!!

Since purchasing my 45i last year, both my husband and i have noticed improved air quality in our Florida home. We are less congested and feel better. We also purchased a 75i for the kitchen/living room area and enjoy hearing the purifier ramp up to clean the air of odors when we are cooking.

The size and sleek look

The size and sleek look of the machine are bonuses. There was virtually almost nothing for me to setup except to snap in the filter. It comes fully assembled on arrival except for filter insert a top plastic piece for the filter. It is very well packaged. The air quality in the house has improved so much I no longer take allergy pills on a daily basis. Definitely worth the investment!!!

Not intuitive. It is difficult

Not intuitive. It is difficult for my "senior" aged parents to navigate functions. They have challenges changing power from low to high filtration, as well as simply turning it off without pulling the plug. Not 100% pleased.

Love it. I don’t have allergies so I can’t really comment on that aspect. But over all it seems be be a good sturdy unit and it does make the air feel cleaner.

We purchased a BreatheSmart 45i

We purchased a BreatheSmart 45i and then the larger BreatheSmart 75i. They are both exceptionally quiet in the Auto mode. We are enjoying the "Auto" feature in both units. Each has sped up on its own at least once to clean the air when more particles were sensed, and the little blue ring changed colors as it was supposed to. Everyone in the house had been sneezing at times, but now with the Alen filters running, we are not sneezing any more. We had been using a couple of older purifiers, but they apparently weren't quite doing the job.

I've waited to leave this review bc I wanted to test it for a year. So far its been great! I've had the same filter for a year and I have a cat so that's saying something! The other day I started a firepit outisde and forgot to close my window, and this baby cranked up to red and reved up so detection is still fantastic! This keep my office smell free, reduces the amount of hair balls flying around and also helps reduce my allergies! Recomend !

I'm ready for smoke and allergies!

I bought this in anticipation of forest fire smoke here in California because last year was tough even in a city. I've also been suffering from allergies and have been waiting for months to see an allergist. My allergies improved inside my place within hours after I plugged in my new air purifier, which I was not expecting but it was a welcome surprise. I am so happy with my purchase. I'm ready for smoke if it comes and protecting myself daily from allergens. Money well spent. My only negative comments are that I can't turn off the light and lock the screen at the same time and no manual came in the box.
