Great product easy set up

Great product easy set up and nicely drained doesn’t look bulky. Since we purchased dramatically helped with sinus issues and dust suppression.

We purchased the Alen BreatheSmart

We purchased the Alen BreatheSmart 45i to help with my allergies and head congestion. We don't yet know how much it will help with the heavy pollen we have in North Carolina since that period is just starting. So far we are very pleased with the unit. It is quiet and is sensitive to air quality changes by hair spray or cooking odors. The unit's design is sleek and it is easy to move. So far we are very pleased.

A Breath of Fresh Air

What can I say? After only a few weeks we are most certainly breathing easier—on so many accounts. What makes our opinion (this is Susan writing on my husband's account) of even greater relief is that it comes after we had a bad experience with another brand’s air cleaner and swore them off altogether.
Was it not for the fact that my seasonal allergies now require more drugs than most bands did in the 70s and my sneezes are setting off anti-virus software, we may have been able to ignore the need. And that’s to say nothing of the frustration I feel when I wake up congested and then spend the next hour sneezing, dripping and choking.
Call it a process of trial and ‘air,’ but I was finally able to convince myself and my husband to try this experiment again and after a great deal more research we settled on the Alen 45i. It didn’t hurt that the design was very much in keeping with the Apple aesthetic since we’re embedded in the Apple ecosystem. We opted for the 45i model since it offered the air quality indicator lights, which we highly recommend.
In any case, we put the 45i in our master bedroom and it took a couple days for it to ring in the “blue” as it fluctuated mostly between yellow and green. It read blue for another day or two until we removed an old canopy net over our bed that set off a day of yellow light informing us it was definitely working. That said, we had already determined it was dependable through a variety of experiments we conducted, i.e. spraying down our shower stall with a scented grout cleaner, which roused the green ring from out of the blue. Lo and behold, now that it has passed our series of “tests,” Alen is ‘broadcasting’ a blue streak and we couldn’t be more satisfied. So satisfied we expect to purchase an additional unit or two in the near future.
Oh and you should know, while it hasn’t done much for my nasal congestion there hasn’t been a single day that I’ve awakened to any kind of allergic response since we plugged into Alen. That alone makes it worth the price of admission in our opinions.
On a separate note, we’re looking forward to Alen activating the wifi capabilities. That will make this purchase an even greater value.
Our bottom line thus far on the Alen 45i: a breath of fresh air.

Can see it working.

We live above 8 lanes of traffic in Chicago in an older high rise. The amount of dust and pollution which leaks through especially in an east wind is mirrored by our new Alen purifier as the green color turns yellow.
It’s nice to know it is working. And I love the night feature which darkens all the lights so we can have a nice dark room for optimal sleeping. It’s not noisy either. I did sleep better without awakening with a stuffy nose.

Quiet Air Purifier

There are many reasons why this product is the best. But I will focus on just a few. The air purifier is so quiet. My friend walked into the house and said, "Wow, my air purifier is so much louder". Also the confidence and guarantees that Alen provided was above and beyond. And honestly the unit is priced just right! I love mine, and I move it from floor to floor.
