Don’t work as advertised

I bought 3 45i units, which is more than required for my sq ft. The units have been basically on blue since I plugged them in. I spent extra for the fresh filters, I’m very disappointing that they can’t even handle cooking odors. I’ve earned them on full blast for the first 24 hours, which was probably unnecessary. Since then, they’ve been on auto. On auto they are very slow to increase speed. If my yorkie has an #2 accident, they don’t even sense it. The only good thing about them is that it has reduced the dust. I bought an air purifier not a duster. If my boyfriend hadn’t thrown the boxes out, I would’ve returned all three. My friend has the air doctor and they weren’t great. I thought I did my research. I don’t believe all the excellent reviews.

We have a 10 year old son that is currently doing treatments that have him immunocompromised. We found your product and fell in love with it. We have purchased 7 units so far and plan on adding a few more.

A great purifier!

So far I’m loving this air purifier. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and can tell the difference in air quality when I use it. It came well packaged and easy to put together. I love the slim design and the option to customize the filter I need. I did a lot of research and I’m glad I made the decision to get this one. So far it’s a good investment and will recommend to others.

I recently bought 2 45i’s. One for home and one for my office. I’m assuming you’re asking about the second one - since I actually bought two within two weeks of one another.
(Unfortunately, I missed the B2G1 special you ran shortly after just after I purchased both of them. ;)
It works great. I used to blow my nose all day long. Now I don’t! I didn’t realize I had been allergic to dust all these years.
I love the cleaner air I have now. And my nose thanks you.

The Alen 45i is good, works well. Its options are easy to choose and touch screen works flawlessly. The carbon filter is nice although I wish it would be a little bigger filter as it takes a long time to filter the air.

I chose Alen after many articles pointed toward other brands and lines BUT with my own research and review I just felt this was the way to go!
Design is Flawless! Minus a small hiccup with use of Lock Screen and having lights off. Packaging was unexpectedly amazing and made for easy unpackaging and set up. So far It proven to be a great addition.
Further assessment to come as I burn thru the expensive filters!

Superior Quality and Performance

I read about them when I was shopping for a purifier and came to the conclusion that it would be a good choice. It wasn’t just a good choice it was an excellent choice. It runs so quietly on all speeds that I almost cannot tell it is running. It is hard to imagine that a purifier that runs that quiet even on high speed could actually be cleaning the air but it does an outstanding job. My only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner. We run it on automatic so it self adjusts depending on air quality so we can just sit back and enjoy our clean air. We have pets and it takes care of all of those issues as well. We bought the graphite colored machine to coordinate and it is so well designed it blends into the room beautifully.
