Once the unit cleans the interior environment, it is extremely quiet. When I purchased this item, I was hopeful it would help relieve some of my allergies and I am finding that is the case. I'm quite happy with this purchase.

I've used other air filter systems and this is the best I've used. It is more expensive but looks much better and warranty make it worth the cost.

Customer service never got back to me. (Jose) The warranty was never explained to me when I first purchased, nor was the return policy, where I would not get the shipping fee returned.
I feel as if I was swindled. I was sent three air filters, the lifetime guarantee was not fully explained.
The website shows one thing, the product and customer service is totally different. (Very poor!!)
After one week, new machine is making weird gurgling sound on lowest setting.

ALEN #3. Living in NW Nevada, we have experienced heavy wildfire smoke from N, S, E, and W for most of the last dozen+ summers. We have seen the neighborhood AQI (PM 2.5) over 1,500 with 500 - 800 readings common. The ALEN filters (we call them the "aliens") keep our house in a tolerable AQI range and we hope #3 will keep the air always in the healthy range.

Using in bedroom and like

Using in bedroom and like that you can turn lights down or off. Very quiet but still uncertain if it is helping with asthmatic bronchitis or not.
