The 45i is a fantastic unit, not only in size but effectiveness.
The 45i hits that sweet spot in term of its effectiveness, without standing out in a room.
Noise level on the 45i's is very quiet, even on Turbo mode.
Bought 2, another one for the house, and one for an elder relative that lives in a retirement home. Bought that unit (45i) for their room with a VOC/Smoke filter (extra carbon) to filter out retirement home smells. That 45i has made a difference in the air quality within their individual room, and the unit on Turbo/constant has not made a noticeable sound disturbance for them.

It's in my opinion, just the right size; had bought the larger 75i last year - 2022 but returned it for a 45i machine. Love it, bought 2 more this year.
The 75i is very large, bulky, and difficult to lift or move about. Too heavy in my opinion (I returned it and bought the 45i).

Separately we also own the T500 towers for the bedrooms. T500 towers are LOUD (sound wise) compared to the 45i's but doable for now. I may eventually buy 45i's to replace them; just due to the noise levels on high for the T500.
With all that said I highly recommend the 45i for size, noise levels, and effectiveness in clearing, cleaning the air quality.
*One suggestion I read from someone else was they should incorporate a "Lock button" on the model units designs. A lock feature, your settings stay locked it, lights aren't accidentally turned on in the middle of the night by a pet cat walking across it, etc.

Love it!!! Easy to use, extremely attractive & efficient! I have a grass pollen allergy which causes a cough & itchy skin! It helps tremendously!!! I bought a different model for the bedroom.

I had no idea how amazing it would be to breathe in fresh, clean air. I was skeptical before purchasing, it's a costly investment. 100% worth it. I now have two and honestly with there was a travel one I could take with me because I love it so much. There's this difference you can feel that's hard to describe. I wish I would have bought them a long time ago. They have helped so much with my allergies and now when I wake up I don't feel stuffy and have red eyes and I'm not coughing in the night. I have raved about them to all my friends telling them they have to get one.

Perfect Purifier

We use Alen purifiers at the yoga studio where I work, so I was already familiar with them. Got one for my new apartment, tested it at my best friend’s place, and she ended up loving it and keeping it (and buying one for her dad). Downloaded the app and set it up very quickly. Sleep mode is super quiet, like the best white noise. So very pleased with this purchase. Cheers!

Best machines I’ve ever had. Air quality indicators are a game changer. Provides piece of mind that air is safe for family and friends. I have purchased 8 units at this point and would recommend to anyone focused on air quality in these wild fires areas. Only issue is they are very hard to connect to the app as my wifi is the faster system that is not allowed for. Too bad. But it didn’t buy for the fancy app, I wanted clean air. Hope companies can help fix in the future.

Works well under low air quality alerts

Seems to work great even during poor air quality alerts. I think it even helps to remove smells after cooking which is helpful in an apartment building.
