Air feels much cleaner. Researched like crazy to buy my first air purifier, this one is fantastic. I love that I can tell when there's more particles in the air with the colored light on top. It's great.

Failed to sense or remove VOCs

The air quality sensor failed to notice VOCs picked up by other machines, causing it to report clean air when it wasn't clean. It also didn't remove VOCs on turbo.

Excellent air filter and nice compact design

The Alen 45i is an excellent air filter that emits pleasant ambient pink noise and noticeably improves air quality by removing pollutants. The 45i design is also aesthetically pleasing with a slimmer profile than the fit50 (also nice but boxier). I have recommend Alen to several people who subsequently bought a couple of 45i units. Keep up the nice work Alen

Purchased the 45i bundle with the allergy and asthma filters and immediately noticed the difference in our air quality. The style, ease of use, low noise output all make this a wonderful unit. Highly recommend!

Excellent product! Expensive but worth the price. I bought the model that covers 1100sf then I bought 2 more that cover 800 sf for my bedrooms. Perfect!

This is a great unit and yes I bought it even with ready poor Ron W's review of how "bright it was".... are you kidding?! He sounded a little dramatic and ...he was!!!
If that was bright you need to get off your meds....it's a beautiful unit and I run it with the light both off and on.......plus I read the manual....

Great for allergies

My mom has noticed a big difference with her allergies in the morning. Normally she wakes up sneezing with running eyes. She feels so much better now.
