Great Purifier and Customer Support

My wife and I were amazed to see how much cat fur the prefilter caught at the two-week point of operation! We have been extremely delighted with the performance and quietness of the purifier and I was very pleased with the attitude and experience of the customer support individual who readily answered my questions.

It feels more secure to have this HEPA-13 in the house when our daughter brought Covid home from Hawai'i. We originally bought it for summer wildfire smoke season, but are using it through the winter. Thanks Alen.

Alen 45i Purifier

I love the look of this purifier. It looks sleek and modern. We also like that it has the air quality indicator which is one feature that stands out from the rest. My husband has so far felt an improvement with his allergies, we’ll see though this spring time when it usually flares up for him. So far, happy with the purchase, and plan to get 1 more.
