Very happy!!

I got this because my neighbors spoke frequently in a smoke free building. I’m sensitive to smoke and I have allergies. I’m very happy with my purchase. I never smell smoke and my allergy symptoms are vastly improved. It was definitely worth the money.

Came promptly. Easy to set up. Works great. I have complete confidence in the effectiveness. Consumer Reports agrees!
No need for customer service, but had a question about where best to set it to work and had a prompt and courteous response.
Happy to share more after the first filter change in 9 to 12 months. Couldn’t be happier so far.

Beautiful form perfect function

Beautiful modern design unlike most air purifiers paired with efficiency and efficacy...the best air purifier on the market! I have two in my house, one in my bedroom and the other purifies the entire down stairs of my house. They notice when particles are in the air that require purification, and work harder. Intelligent and beautiful design. I would recommend this brand to everyone looking for clean air in their home.

I have only used acouple of weeks. The assembly was easy. It is very quiet as I have in the bedroom. I feel the air is cleaner and I’m having less breathing problems due to allergies.

In the bedroom a great purifier.

We haven't had it long enough to know all the ins and outs, but so far it seems to be working well in our bedroom. It is very quiet and we can see the rings change colors when it is working. We're not sure how changing colors fit in, but we seem to be sleeping better and allergies have calmed down somewhat. At this point we would recommend it, but we would have to add it is still new and we don't know what to expect yet.

I’ve only had my unit for a couple weeks but I can say the customer service has been good and , the unit was packed well with great directions. It was easy to set up and appears to be cleaning the air well. It’s very important to get the right size for the space you have so be sure to ask a lot of questions about that before you purchase. Also I would highly recommend not putting it near your kitchen as cooking smells make it go into the turbo mode easily.
I was advised that the unit cannot clean through doorways so be sure to get one specifically for the size room or area you want to clean. I was also advised not to move the unit around from too
room to room as it takes four weeks to completely purify an area. I did not get that information from the first person I talked to — so be sure to ask lots of questions!!!
But so far I’m quite pleased and I would recommend it! I have two friends who also have an Alen and they are happy also. One of my friends has three units and she takes care of maybe 20 animals in her house and she’s very pleased. So in terms of pets parrot say units are wonderful.

Runs quietly. I like that

Runs quietly. I like that I can turn the light off. Easily transportable between rooms when necessary. Breathing is better, I don’t hear wheezing when I awaken in the morning.
