Incredible Filtration

I have the 45i and I smoke a pipe 1-2 times a day. People that don’t smoke come over and can’t even detect that I smoke in my home. The auto function that detects the air quality is nice, it adjusts the fan speeds according to the air quality and works very well. It’s a truly amazingly quiet and effective HEPA system, only wish they weren’t so pricey, I like to add one on my lower level.

Nice and sleek purifier. This is my first purifier so I’m not 100% what to look for but I can say the operability is superb. Very easy to use touchscreen surface and the instructions are clear. I got the fresh filter because I cook a lot, and it has definitely diminished the heavy smell that usually lingers afterwards.

Looks Good, Works Great!

My doctor recently discovered mold in my brain and heart so it's important for me, while on a medical detox, to have an air filter that will combat mold and other harmful substances.
Alen kept coming up as a top rated company for this and I decided on this model because I like having the air quality light indicator circle to see how it's working.
I was surprised that when I first started using the Alen air purifier about a month ago that it took almost 2 full days for the air in my apartment to be cleared (until the air quality indicator turned blue), I suppose it was that bad and it really needed it.
Ever since, it's been humming along nicely and I can tell it's working because, whenever I start cooking, the air quality indicator changes color and the air purifier kicks in to clean the air again.
While I can hear it working, it's not loud, it's light enough and easy to carry from room to room if needed, and it looks nice too, sleek and modern. Overall very happy with this purchase.

It seems to have improved the air quality in our bedroom-improved sleep with less coughing. It's fun checking the air quality indicator during the day, but I usually close the light panel at night.

Very Satisfied with the 45i

Had originally bought a 75i refurbished model, which arrived broken. In the process of setting it up; that particular model (75i), it was VERY bulky and difficult to move around. The 75i even with 2 rear wheels is "back heavy" and not at all easy to maneuver. That particular model should be set on a 4 rotating wheel set to make it a more consumer friendly model. I returned there refurbished 75i because it did not work; and the maneuverability was terrible.
Purchased the 45i and have be pleasantly satisfied with its performance. Definitely has done its job, is not too loud. Put it on Auto once the air was cleaned and barely a turn on high now. Would recommend the 45i; would not recommend the 75i unless they change the design on it and put 4 rotating wheels on it.

I love my Alen air purifier. It’s quiet and works great. This is my second Alen air purifier, I had my last one for almost 20 years! Don’t hesitate, buy it, it’s worth the money!
