Just great units

We live in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in California and there is a tremendous amount of ambient particles in the air year-round. The pine trees and oak trees create pollen and unfortunately in the summertime we deal with smoke from fires. A friend of ours did extensive research on air purifiers and purchased Alen purifiers for their home. On their recommendation we did the same, purchasing a 75 I got the great room area and a 45 I for the master bedroom area. We have been extremely impressed with the air quality that these purifiers have delivered. There has been not only a noticeable difference in our air quality inside, but when opening up the filter to clean it every couple months there is just a tremendous amount of debris particles that we vacuum out. Those are the particles we use to inhale. I can’t recommend these purifiers enough. Yes they are pricey, but breathing cleaner to me is worth it. Also love the app for the iPhone. Very easy to control your units and keep track of your air quality.

Easy set up, great directions

Easy set up, great directions for use, cleaned our house air cycle in a day. Quiet operation-a definite must in my house. Can’t report on any mechanical issues as I’ve only owned a month or so. Will follow up review if I ever have any issues of that type.

We have a large open plan first floor, and have been very pleased with the performance of our Alen 75i - it's a wonderful addition to our home. The air is noticeably fresher, and my asthma has improved since installation. The unit is unobtrusive and quiet, and is easy to use. We recommend it highly.

Does not perform as advertised!!

Does not perform as advertised!! It rarely comes on to clear the air. Allergies and cooking smells were two things I thought would be covered by the purifier. It has not helped with dust either. Very disappointed.

We have noticed an improved air quality from our 75i. We bought after we tried the 45i in our bedroom with vaulted ceilings. Looks like we will get the same good results from the 75i.
