I am a Southern California fire victim. House survived but Smokey. 16 homes in our little neighborhood are gone. I had an extremely difficult time contacting Alen for assistance. Only reason I made final purchase was on recommendation of friends. Wished (during a very difficult time) you could have been more supportive.

Our 80 year old house has a funky smell. We bought the Alen BreatheSmart 75i AND the heavy odor filter. It has been going 24/7 for 3 days and so far no difference. We are giving it a full week before we make any decisions

Purchased for the summer to help with all the Forest Fires in our area but it has been very helpful in the winter with the wood stove.Unit is very quiet and I like the auto mode. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good Air Purifier

Arrived defective

Arrived with a wobble in the fan, but thankfully useable while we suffered through the California wildfires (we live in the Bay Area). Our small house is less than 1300sqft, but the purifier struggled to give us even "orange" (middle) air quality in the living room, which is about 500sqft. Finally managed "blue" when the outside air quality returned to normal. Unfortunately, it took a long time to get my replacement unit shipped. If I had to do it again, I would buy 2 45i purifiers for about the same price of a single 75i, so we could spread them around. Unfortunately, I don't feel good about making a return under the satisfaction guarantee, since it was my choice, so will keep what I have.

Great Product

I expected a high-quality air purifier from Alen and wasn't disappointed. I bought this model because we live in a new neighborhood with lots of construction going on all around us. We end up with a lot of dirt and dust making its way inside our home. Although our air quality was pretty bad, it took only a few hours for the monitor to go from red to blue. My husband even commented on how much better the air is now when you walk into our house. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner.
