Better Than Expected

We read lots of reviews on air purifiers and finally settled on the larger, 75i after online chat and a phone call with very helpful and knowledgeable person who helped me choose the right filter (Fresh). My wife was experiencing breathing problems and we thought that perhaps it was the air. We have a very tight house with a cat and a wood burning fireplace. Within 2 days, breathing was better and less congestion so I'm very pleased with the Alen Air Purifier and give it a 5 star. Only two small suggestions: 1. I still don't know why air quality light keeps changing - a better explanation in manual would be helpful. 2. The wheels should be on the opposite side. Non-functional as is but it doesn't weigh too much so pretty easy to move. - I.P - Highlands NC.

Alen 75i Purchase

Purchased this Alen 75i because wife has COPD issues,had in the past tried several other Air Cleaners with similar results lotta hype and little action,Have had this Alen unit working for a few days now and truthfully the first day after a few hours I thought it was not even working had to walk over and check its so quiet,I purchased the the 75i because we have an open flloor plan and it said 1300 sq feet coverage,to my surprise after checking to see if it was even still running I noticed that in our family room which is 24x25 with a 14 foot vaulted ceiling the air flow on LOW Speed had the Ceiling Fan paddles turning ...............Amazing So far it seems like little Hype lotta action ,will get back with further comments after few weeks ...............

Great quality, does what it claims to do, simple to use...ONLY downside is the need to tilt the unit to use the wheels to move the unit, 4 wheels would have better...
