Too soon to tell

Customer service was great and it seems like a beautiful unit but I've only had it for about a week so it is too soon to make a final determination as to its quality.

Awesome units

We have the 75i and 45i units running for a week now and have a noticeable improvement in the air quality. Both run very quiet and are not noisy when on turbo mode. Filters are easy to access. They are appealing to the eye and fit the room decor.

I’ve had this about a month now. It’s very easy to use and the air in my house is much better. I have dogs and the dog smell is gone. It was a bit high priced but well worth the money

Thank you for a product that cleans our air. We have a sanctuary room in the house. Can definitely tell the difference in the room that the air purifier is in.

We love our Alen air purifier we bought the Alen 75i because our daughter was just diagnosed with asthma between the pollen and pets it was really rough and she’s been staying sick so at this point we where going crazy trying to figure out how to help her . I have to say I’ve noticed a difference in our house air my daughter is feeling much better so that tells us this machine is working . We went to look at the filter and oh boy this thing is sucking up some dust, dirt and hair .. we absolutely love this machine and very much recommend.. we want to buy the filter for pets and try it but for now we have the pure sense filter

We purchased the BreathSmart 75i Air Cleaner. We run the Fit 50 in two other rooms. The Air Cleaners keep our asthma in check and we are very pleased with our purchase.

75i does the job

Pros: super quiet operation across the full range of operating speeds; ability to monitor air particulate content; works very well removing the unavoidable air particles generated when heating a home with a wood stove - very noticeable difference; waiting to see how it improves summer indoor air, typically heavy with pollen. I assume it may be more difficult when using in a house where windows are open, but any reduction in pollen will be helpful. Nice product.
Cons: Not so much cons as suggestions....warning light codes seem to use the spectral color scheme (roygbiv) with the exception of violet. I don't understand why Alen uses violet to indicate the dirtiest air. It would seem to make more intuitive sense to simply use violet as the cleanest, following the normal blue and use red as the indicator for the dirtiest air. Also not really a con but would love it if the front panel could somehow be flipped so that users would have two color options available. Neither of these issues however, compromise the operational quality.
