Love it, Super quiet and easy to use

This unit stands about 3 feet tall 2 feet wide and puts out ALOT of air. I was so surprised at how quiet this purifier is! You can barely hear it on most settings and at the highest setting it puts out a quiet but poweful blow. It's definitely worth the money and with the life time warranty you can't beat it.

Best and quietest air purifier

We are into almost three moths into the purchase of this purifier. It still runs as quietest air purifier I have ever seen even at max speed. Coincidently, it also works with SmartLife App and connects to home WiFi, which the AlenAir doesn't advertise.

Helped with allergies

I was experiencing postnasal drip for over a year, and it improved when I purchased this purifier. However, after a couple months it started emitting a high pitched noise while running.

Purchased Two Units For My Home

I'm in my 50's, live in Austin and have two dogs. Austin provides a never ending release of pollen from Cedar and Oak trees and my allergies have been a major problem for years. Add to this my dogs (which I love) - its not a great situation. I was discussing my most recent allergy problem with some friends and they suggested that I try the Alen Air Purifiers. On my God - what a difference they have made.
Unloading and Unpacking
• The side handles made it easy to move the boxes into the house.
• I like the Lifetime warranty stamp in the side panel – great to have a vote of confidence from the manufacturer.
• The 4-point product feature recap on the other side panel is a good thing for family members that were not part of the purchase decision. The feature summary immediately addresses the question of “Why Did You Buy This”. Tight/clear message regarding what the purifier does in a home environment.
• The box was easy to open, the unit was easy to unpack. There was no mess to clean up after the unit was operating.
• Then I removed the clear plastic from the filters, the filters were easy to put back in the unit.
• Materials: it’s always a frustrating thing to get lots of technical or marketing materials with a new technology purchase that overwhelm the buyer. I like the 4 fold Getting Started guide. The graphics are simple and helpful. I also like the fact that you hit a few of the key settings (fan speed and sleep mode) in the guide.
Starting and Using the Air Purifiers
• The power cord has a nice feel and is very flexible. I like the cord length.
• The unit control panel is well designed. The 7 option control panel has great back lighting and was easy to read and understand.
• I was able to cycle through each option and had no issues getting the various options set where I needed them.
• When I went to bed, the blue light from the bedroom unit was brighter than I liked. I went to the unit and hit the power button and the lights went off while the unit remained on. Great product interaction.
• The air in the house now has lower dust, pet hair and pollen load today. I’m already feeling better. This is a major break-through for me. I'm delighted with the two units.
