Own two wood stoves -

Own two wood stoves - bought the 75i and the 45i. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. The air quality has improved vastly!

My only issue was that upon arrival, the cover had a defect that made the unit non-operational. A replacement cover was sent in a timely manner and the unit is working as I hoped. Good spend.

It seems like its working

It seems like its working fine. Ie connectivity, app works.and its quiet. We have had it operating for a few weeks now and believe we have the correct unit for our size space.
However, I really don t know how to judge if my air quality has improved?
The app and the dashboard tells me if the air quality is good or poor ,but im unsure what that means and what I should do to make improvements when air quality is less than.good? We really have noticed no difference in dust , allergy improvements or notice if the air seems fresher.
How do I really know if it improves my air other than what the dash or app are indicating?
Is it actually reducing contaminats such as mold vocs,co2? Or is this just a placebo?
The graph that indicates indoor vs outdoor AQ, really does not give me enough information to make improvements necessary. Please provide advice .

This is a really good product. I have asthma and allergy problems and I noticed a difference in about two hours after setting this filter up. It is very quiet, very effective, and simple in design. You won't regret getting one of these.

So great we bought two!

What an awesome product! Our house is completely dust free and breathing is so much easier. Having a large dog and two cats, we were skeptical on how the purifiers would perform. They have cleared the air and I will recommend Alen products to everyone. Thanks again! DH

We had an issue with

We had an issue with the filter not engaging, and we couldn’t turn the unit on. Fixed the issue with a small shim. The unit works great! I have had much less sneezing and coughing due to allergies.
