Knobs on the top front are hateful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove top and oven are very nice. Multiple sizes for hot surfaces on top. Oven large with nice sliding racks and options for different levels. The control knobs and touch pad on the top front are just a pain in the neck. Touch pad: when cleaning all the bells and activation noises are going off. Extremely hard to clean, smerse very easy. Knob. . . . get in the way when trying to remove a pan from the oven and place it on top of the stove. I'm guessing one of these times I will take out a knob while trying to lift a heavy pan from the oven to the stove top.
Pros: Quality Construction
Cons: Difficult To Clean, Hard To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is beautiful and the oven cooks great but....No user manual to explain use of controls, the Aqua Clean Technology oven cleaning doesn't work. This is our 4th glass cook top and it scratched very easy. Disappointed, expected more for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an old JennAir which had served its time, so we wanted a new one. After a few delivery problems, the new one finally arrived. The users manuals and the temperature probe were not included in the delivery. I have had to order them on-line ( at considerable expense) in order to learn how to use the thing. Quite disappointing. It works fine after learning how to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beatiful electric range. The only downside is that it takes a long time to pre-heat the oven and cool down. Love the air fryer feature, but again, things take a lot longer to cook because it takes the oven so long to heat up.
