Love Dual Fuel - Hate AquaClean & No User Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dual fuel was installed Feb 6th. After about 10 days use the finish on burners was losing finish. New burner grates being sent. The included in purchase griddle seems to be back ordered with no idea when available. I love the range for cooking ease as well as having gas cooking again. I used oven and had a small boil over … wiped it out and did clean cycle per directions…less then effective…leaves all the little freckle specks in oven walls… lots of elbow grease required to get it off. Overall I live the unit but truly would have liked a link to complete user manual INCLUDING how to use clean cycle without digging through internet search to find a link to Whirlpool to then print directions. Could have been easily attached to the “Thank you for registering “ email. With the cost of unit, I expected a bit mor owner convenience.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design
Cons: Difficult To Clean, Hard To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE THE Jenn Air dual fuel stove. I CHOSE a gas cooktop that is the BEST!! INSTANT COOKING/ INSTANT SHUT OFF IS THE BEST. The downdraft has great pull down to remove extra odors and steam!
THIS IS MY 2ND DOWNDRAFT STOVE. THE First lasted 42 years...I knew that I could not go wrong - and this new stove has not disappointed me!!
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

Great design and operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older Jenn Air. It was about 25 years old and I needed an upgrade. I love the larger window and the easy close door. I have had it for about 6 weeks and everything is great.

Oven upgrade

Was hoping for a 5 burner 36 in to remodel an island, however found out there were only 2 options in downdraft and only in 30 in. The oven itself works great, the burners, after a flame adjustment are good. The negatives: 1) it has top facing burners, which mean you have to reach an additional 5 in to place your pots on a burner. If you have shorter arms, this range is not for you. 2)The previous reviews state how sensitive the touch panel is for cleaning, I agree. However, I've found that if you use a firmer,quicker pressure when wiping the panels, all the bells and whistles can be controlled

Poor temperature control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price one pays for these appliances you'd expect it to work 100%. The downdraft is horrible and barley works I had a 38 yr old jenaire that was better, albeit old.
