Just what I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this in our last home and loved it. We just remodeled our kitchen in a new home and this was the range we wanted. We have owned Jenn Air ranges for 30 years and have had no major problems with them. The part we love the best is the downdraft fan, no overhead fan needed. It has always worked as expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it about 1 1/2 months . Electric Oven preheats quickly, seems to bake evenly with accuracy. Struggling to adjust with the gas top range. All burners seem to burn very high. Not finding a suitable simmer or keep warm option. Wondering if the gas outlets need adjusting. Not finding helpful info on the website. All features- timer, downdraft vent, oven light etc are great. Timer ding could be louder(aging ears here).Always a learning curve with new gadgets- Still adjusting, but mostly liking this unit. Just not pleased with the high heating burners, have scorched a few things! And we‘ve had gas stovetop for 20 years. So I do know how cook with gas. Open to suggestions !

Love the dual fuel option!

I have never used a gas stove before but my husband grew up with a gas stove. We compromised by getting the dual fuel. We love it. It looks beautiful and performs great. The burners are easy to clean & I love the air fry & aqua lift cleaning feature.

Love Dual Fuel - Hate AquaClean & No User Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dual fuel was installed Feb 6th. After about 10 days use the finish on burners was losing finish. New burner grates being sent. The included in purchase griddle seems to be back ordered with no idea when available. I love the range for cooking ease as well as having gas cooking again. I used oven and had a small boil over … wiped it out and did clean cycle per directions…less then effective…leaves all the little freckle specks in oven walls… lots of elbow grease required to get it off. Overall I live the unit but truly would have liked a link to complete user manual INCLUDING how to use clean cycle without digging through internet search to find a link to Whirlpool to then print directions. Could have been easily attached to the “Thank you for registering “ email. With the cost of unit, I expected a bit mor owner convenience.

Cons: Difficult To Clean, Hard To Use
