[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the product installed for 6 weeks. Unfortunately I can not get bake temperature to exceed 260 degrees. When I try a higher temperature it defaults to 260 degrees. I have only used the oven one time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this range about a month. It is of solid construction and incorporates many convenient features. We have not used the air fry basket yet, but are glad we have it. The downdraft ventilation is powerful without being excessively loud and it is a beautiful looking appliance.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this stove for about a month. It’s ok, but a bit bulky for my space. The biggest problem is the timer. It rings very quietly one time. You have to be right next to the stove to hear it, so it is worthless. I now use my phone if I need a timer.
Cons: Hard To Use, Bulky
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Range, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the range but wish I had chosen a different design. I find I don't like the controls on the top of the range. Very hard to keep clean with cooking splatters inevitable, and the digital function controls are too sensitive. I can bend over the range to clean and turn something on inadvertentlywithout even touching it and get beeped! I also do not like the too-heavy burner grates and the fact that I have to take ALL of them off to clean the center one.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Cons: Difficult To Clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced 16 year old Jenn Air Downdraft with this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I needed a downdraft oven/stove this was one of two choices. Glad I went with this one as it has more features, looks awesome and performs much bettter than our old one. Only issue is to make sure you have an installer who knows about downdrafts and how to install properly. Will see if this is reliable. Use the lock out feature to clean your stovetop without it responding.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Classy Dual fuel Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely one of the best decisions, not only a classy dual fuel Range, but its burners have the necessary BTUs for many food options, the air fryer option definitely makes a difference, the downdraft surpasses our above the range Microwave with an extraction of odors and vapors, in my opinion it does not affect the flames as I read there, I think this is a version with improvements, the installation is definitely not easy but there are clear videos on the web that if you have skills with tools you will not have problems, Once installed you will fall in love with it, remember that it works with 220V and gas, you have to have the two options behind it, the downdraft is really silent and very powerful, What I love is that it is an unusual range, it is different and gives a special touch to the entire kitchen.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Quality Construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does the job admirably. However, as a replacement for an existing stove, I was unable to connect the new downdraft system to the old ductwork.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Bulky

Poor bake performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new design with the lower heating element covered offers ease of cleaning but limited baking experience. The oven takes 20 minutes or more to heat to 340 deg, which is also the max it will heat to. Higher temps are possible, however with the Convection option. It came with no user manual, only an installation manual. I contacted them and complained about this and they sent my the quick start guide, not a users manual. After much searching, I found one from a third party. Installation requirements were not made clear and prominent in marketing materials nor by the salesman. Requires 40 amp 240 V circuit with 4-prong dryer style plug socket. And down draft vent hole must be centrally located about 4-5 inches from the back wall.
