Good range, downdraft ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it’s a good range. Downside of the downdraft in the middle is it pulls heat from the burners and you need to adjust the placement of your pans. Also, make sure you start it early otherwise you will be notified by the smoke detector. Customer service has been good so far since the oven door was missing a part and didn’t close at the top. Surface is weirdly rough when cleaning with a microfiber rag.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Compact, Quality Construction
Cons: Difficult To Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was stuck having to buy a down flow to replace the original to the house 1990 JennAir which worked fine just looked dated. The new one looks the part and works fine.
