[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the product installed for 6 weeks. Unfortunately I can not get bake temperature to exceed 260 degrees. When I try a higher temperature it defaults to 260 degrees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased 2 weeks ago and the only issue i have is the stainless steel around the burners is very rough and hard to clean. Every type of towel I try to clean the stainless steel leaves small fibers on the stainless surface
