Looks Great and Overall Performance is Good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We need to replace our dual fuel down draft range and Jenn-Air was the more upscale of the two choices we had. Looks great and generally please with the performance. The knob placement and their counter clock wise rotation is a bit quirky and took some getting used to. One down side is the range top gas control. Only one of the burners works for simmering. The three larger burners on lowest setting still are too high for simmering. Not a problem for everyday cooking but complicated for more complex meals.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very Happy with the Jenn-Air Dual Fuel Downdraft Stove. This my third Jenn- Air stove in 30 years. This model by far is top notch. It has all the technical gizmos to include an air fryer. The best description is it’s beefy. That is an understatement! We are happily satisfied with this product.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Compact, Quality Construction

Great stove high price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The price was a really tough pill to swallow, but we are stuck with our kitchen layout and it was cheaper than the remodel away from the layout we find so functional. There are not many down venting options so I was not optimistic. This is a dream. Burners light efficiently. Stove heats quickly. Thanks giving was so nice- one batch of burned rolls- but that’s because everything fit in the oven and all burners were blazing. One thing is that when the burners are on high- they blacken pans. But I think that’s a gas stove thing- not specifically this stovetop. The oven is so quiet- our old one would click so we knew when we’d left it on- this so so quiet we have to be responsible.
Pros: Attractive Design

Great Range But Difficult Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, a great range for our kitchen. If you are thinking it's an easy plug and play from an older downdraft JennAir, that might not be the case. The fan assembly under the stove is completely different from our 35+ year old JennAir. We had to have the gas line moved and vent outlet in the floor moved at great expense. It may be all worth it for the oven, which is amazing. It's much bigger than our old JennAir. The bottom element is recessed making cleanup super easy. We used the Convection Roast mode for our Thanksgiving turkey, and it turned out fantastic. It would be nice if the control panel lock was more of a lock. In lock mode it still makes lots of beeping sounds and error messages if you try to wipe it off. If you rest your hand over the buttons by mistake, even in lock mode, it produces a "shorted button -call service" error. It would be nice to have a lower output burner on the front of the stove, but to our knowledge this is not the case with any stove these days. It's probably a safety thing.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use

Much improved performance over 30yrs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this to replace a previous 30yr old version when we remolded our kitchen. We were disappointed that the new version has its exhaust moved which resulted in additional work to make the vent connect on the part of our contractor. The performance is incredible compared to the previous version. The touch screen is incredibly sensitive and we find ourselves being forced to ‘lock’ it as we’ve unintentionally grazed the screen and accidentally activated something or another. Lastly for the price of the range we would have expected it to come with a trim kit and for the trim kit to me more than 3m adhesive strips used to hold the trim pieces in place. Since this is basically the only downdraft range we really didn’t have any other options in replacing what we originally had. (No room for a separate vent and no possibility of adding a hood). Even the downdraft performance is greatly improved.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Cons: Difficult To Clean

Much nicer than our old Jenn Air range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old range with a new version. Nice features and better controls. Better design and the stainless cleans up better than the old one. Not sure how well the aqua clean will work over time as the first time we used it, it did ok but had to do a bit of scraping and scrubbing to get it clean.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Clean

Jennair downdraft range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a real work-horse of a range! I just have to take the time to learn all it will do for me. I needed a downdraft range so I didn't have much choice at the appliance showroom. Jennair was the only range with this feature, and this range is at the top of their line. Expensive but it offers a lot of possibilities and refined cooking potential. I would have liked the control knobs and the control panel and clock on the front side of the stove instead of on front top of the stove. I believe this placement is more user-friendly.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
