[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an older Jenn Air dual fuel and are happy we chose this one! We wanted to keep the downdraft system as we already had all the ductwork in place.

Great quality stove but complicated to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new Jenn-Air 30" slide in stove to replace a 20-year-old Jenn-air unit. The dimensions were slightly different, and the downdraft fan below was a different set-up than the original, but it is now installed correctly. Unfortunately, the oven door does not completely close and one of the burners is not flaming correctly. Trying to get a warranty service is not easy.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Cons: Leaks, Bulky

Amazing upgrade from our previous/decades-old oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely thrilled with the JennAir duel-fuel downdraft range! Each burner size delivers even heating. We love that we can cook dishes in two large pans at the same time (on the front burners for example) without the pans interfering with each other. The oven has great features/options including airfry options (basket included). The griddle accessory works great for pancakes. Our professional install resulted in a perfectly level cook surface. We think the range is very aesthetically appealing as well.

Some Good, Some Bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because my old one died. This was the only downdraft oven/range unit on the market at the time I needed to purchase so I had no other options. It's nice looking, and the oven is great. The air-fryer feature is amazing.
I hate the range. It is impossible to clean without complete disassembly, and the touch display is so sensitive that you get all sorts of beeping and things turned on while cleaning it, even through a sponge. The knobs turn on accidentally while cleaning as well, which seems a safety issue to me.
Cons: Unstable, Difficult To Clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad door closing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in January. Had installed in February 2023. Had it repaired in February 2023 because of the door wouldn’t close. Had it removed and a new one installed in July 2023. The door wouldn’t close. Headed uninstalled and a new one installed in January 2024. The door closes. This range was replacing a 1990s vintage Jen air downdraft 30 inch range. I’m hopeful. The cooktop burners are awesome compared to what I had the oven is very slow to preheat because of the hidden elements. I guess I could say that the jury is out. We shall see.
