[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the downdraft gas range in April. I chose this one because of the appliance store recommendation. I am delighted!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third Jenn air downdraft I have owned. The oven space is larger and I like the burner power of the gas range. What I don’t like is the self cleaning since it does not clean the oven at all. I also do not like having the display panel on the top of the stove part since I’m often canceling what’s going on in the oven or the timer. It is not in a convenient location. I was used to having it on the front side of the oven. My old Jenn Air had two timers and this new Jenn air only has one and I find that is an inconvenience as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace my 20 year old dual-fuel downdraft JennAir Range. This did not disappoint! It has so many beautiful features and the burners and oven are such an improvement from my last one. I highly recommend this range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so thrilled with our new JennAir project. We had a 1990s version of the electric 30" downdraft range. It was still working great, but we wanted to get duel fuel, so we took the plunge. So glad we did. This range is a DREAM come true. It is efficient, accurate, QUICK (love the duel fuel features). My simple kitchen now feels like an exquisite place to be!
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Jenn-air and I couldn’t be happier. This new one has features that my old 20+ years one did not. I’m enjoying it so much. Great appliance!!
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Jenn Air in the past and loved it then. We then ended up with a generic gas oven and stove, we didn’t like it. We went back to a dual fuel range, we enjoy cooking again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 20 year old Jenn Aire model with this one. Had no choice based on kitchen island configuration. Very disappointed that this unit did not come with an operating manual. How are you suppose to understand how to use all the functions with NO MANUAL!!!!! For what it cost you would think a manual would be standard/included. The first Jenn Aire we purchased 20 some years ago actually came with a cookbook, now they don't even include instructions on how to use the unit!!!
