[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice range but a few things I don't like. Would rather have knobs and panel at an angle rather then facing straight up. Down draft VERY difficult to install. Had older electric JenAir that I loved. Hope this one is as good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price one pays for these appliances you'd expect it to work 100%. The downdraft is horrible and barley works I had a 38 yr old jenaire that was better, albeit old.
Pros: Attractive Design

Poor temperature control

Oven upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased this jennair oven. Was hoping for a 5 burner 36 in to remodel an island, however found out there were only 2 options in downdraft and only in 30 in. The oven itself works great, the burners, after a flame adjustment are good. The negatives: 1) it has top facing burners, which mean you have to reach an additional 5 in to place your pots on a burner. If you have shorter arms, this range is not for you. 2)The previous reviews state how sensitive the touch panel is for cleaning, I agree. However, I've found that if you use a firmer,quicker pressure when wiping the panels, all the bells and whistles can be controlled

Great design and operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older Jenn Air. It was about 25 years old and I needed an upgrade. I love the larger window and the easy close door. I have had it for about 6 weeks and everything is great.
