[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our range was delivered 3 weeks ago. The lower oven is constantly activated when reaching the microwave above. I would also like a user manual. I don’t like having to go online when I’m trying to use my new range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought this gas range a month ago for our new kitchen and really like the cooktop. We were hesitant about the knobs and touch panel being on the top but it hasnt been an issue. We are surprised however how long it takes for the oven to cool down. The instruction manual could have more usage information. Overall it seems to be working very well and looks terrific. We havent tried the convection or air fryer. We also like that it is not a smart device that needs a wifi connection in order to use any of the features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This terrible oven replaced a fantastic Jen-Air. This model looks great in the show room but when it comes to use it's terrible. The from left large burn lighting is so delayed it has burned the hair off my arm 4 times. The inside shelf guides chipped after the first couple shelf moves, the cook-top is difficult to keep clean.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Difficult To Clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mostly good with a couple annoyances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the warming drawer doubles as a second oven. I like the idea of the grill (yet to be used) but it has to be removed in order to use a large frying pan. Negatives are AquaLift which doesn't clean & knobs & screen on top of stove (vs. front) which constantly get splashed or dripped on which is very annoying. Timer, clock & temp can't be read from across the room. Also timer "ding" is barely audible; I have to use another timer if away from the stove. I never use the air fryer option so I can't comment on that. Burners & oven work well.
Pros: Easy To Use, Quality Construction
Cons: Difficult To Clean
