Nice and useful

Good product overall.
What's great about it: Ease of use & nice design.
What's not so great: * Voice gets a little blurry if you go away from the phone.....
* Little pricy

What's great about it: I bought one for my sister and her daughter. They are still raving about it. How clear the sound, how easy it is to use, how long the air time lasts. Also they like how it is compact so when not using it, it fits nicely in their purse. I haven't heard any negative feedback, and I don;t think I will.
What's not so great: none!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Higher volume capability would be great, espicially when used with the window down in the car.
What's great about it: Nice folding boom. Picks up sound fine near cell phone. Has switchable earpiece. Attractive design. Easy to wear.
What's not so great: Unit needs to be closer than I thought it should have to be to your phone; if not, sound is hollow. Probably is over priced for the quality, but not a bad value given the cost of communication these days.
I would recommend this to a friend!
