Poor Quality

TV stopped working after 1 yr 2months. LG quality has dropped drastically in the last few years. I've owed several LG products before, but seems like it is time to take my brand loyalty elsewhere. Product - OLED65CPUA Purchased 10/30/2023

It died!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an LG 65” in June of 2024 & about two weeks ago it died. I’m still waiting for the repair company to contact me to see if it can be repaired.

The best features!

I replaced a C1 PUA, with the eco C4, after the C1 was diagnosed as un repairable, after a white line showed up on the top of the screen. The images on the C4 are crisp with various sound and image options.

Phone App Extra $ - FORGET IT

Wonderful TV and am really the depth and difinition the unit shows. I paid a lot for this TV and am annoyed that I have to pay for a phone app to control it instead of the smart remote.
