Picture quality is outstanding. The blacks are the deepest blacks I’ve seen on a television. The menus are great as are the smart features. I have two complaints: I can’t use the internal speakers along with my soundbar because they don’t sync, therefore there’s an echo effect, and there’s no built in Bluetooth output for listening with headphones.

Great Picture Needs More Features for the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased two months ago. Picture is excellent and TV seems to work well with most streaming apps, although, sometimes the Hulu app for live TV has some issues. The major drawbacks are: for a TV at this price the remote should be backlit and it is not, and the owners manual is sorely lacking in detail. To do everything you need to set up the TV, except for the most basic case, you will have to go research on the Internet. I also purchased at the same time the 77" in the same as the this TV. The goods and bads are identical.
