Quick build for a great scene

Such a great little set. It’s priced just right for what you get, and features a great amount of scene recalls in such a small build. The East Dock directional tile being moveable made me chuckle. Also love having a side of Nedry’s face with Dilo goo on it.

I love this LEGO set! I love the price and I love Dennis' different faces with and without his glasses and I crazy love the shaving cream!! You can't go wrong buying this, it's a fun little build and it makes you want to rewatch Jurassic Park.

It's a great value as the cheapest set in the wave. The printed Barbasol can is really appreciated.

Love the Jeep build, and love the details of the sign/Barbasol; relatively quick and small build, but great value!

Fun Set

This set was fun to build and well designed to play with. It has many cute and fun details, as well as some good building techniques. I prefer printed bricks over stickers, but I understand it for a smaller, more affordable set such as this.

Iconic Scene!
on June 9, 2024

Jurassic Park was my favorite childhood movie, so I was ecstatic when a whole line of LEGO sets dedicated to the movie was announced. This set is a great rendition of an iconic scene from the movie, and to me seems like a great value for the price. Great details added, and a fun building experience. Well done! LEGO, please consider a line of The Lost World: Jurassic Park sets for its 30th anniversary in 2027! We have never had any sets based on that movie, so I’m sure a line for its anniversary in a few years would be an absolute hit!

This is a copy + paste from the film! The details from the Barbasol can, the venom on the double face minifig, to the number 12 on the Jeep, this is a great set! A great lego set and of course had to watch the movie when I built it! Would definitely recommend.

A Bonding Experience 30 Years in the Making
on June 13, 2023

Honestly, I was going to say this set was mine, but my son was so excited to build the Jeep that I let him - and now I think I have lost it to him! Ha ha! But, these Jurassic Park sets have been so fun to bond over - him with his love of vehicles and me with my childhood love of dinosaurs and Jurassic Park. - He had a lot of fun building this set and I loved watching him put it together. He is only three, but he tends to do really well with building (provided he has a little direction at times so he gets things in the right place). This set impressed me with the mix of the few Technic pieces that compose the sidestep/frame (mainly because I haven't seen this much in the sets with younger age suggestions). The pins can be a bit tough for a smaller child to get in, but other than that he had very little issues. -- As for the stickers, I am also not a huge fan of them (never can get them straight, it seems). However, I would have to say that the details in the muddy sidesteps were fun to find. (I did not notice the different footprints until sticking them on!) - The set was one of the best in the 30th Anniversary sets in terms of pieces-per-dollar and the overall attention to detail for the scene was very nice. (Still enjoying finding the frogs in the sets!)
