While most individuals have noticed faster healing times when using both the cleansing and blue LED modes of the PMD Clean Acne, it is important to note that the skin does often go through a "purging" phase. These two technologies in the PMD clean acne are working simultaneously to 1. heal existing acne 2. rid the skin of emerging breakouts, and 3. prevent future breakouts. This can make symptoms appear worse for a short time, sometimes up to a couple of weeks, before improving. This is all because of the body's natural hormone and wound healing cycles. We have found that the best results usually emerge around 4 weeks of consistent use.
Don't be discouraged though! Purging is actually a great sign that the body is eliminating breakouts and is in the healing process!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have oily-very oily acne prone skin and upon receiving this product, I was very intrigued to try it out for myself. I started using it daily and for the first week I wasn't really sure if it worked or not, but after another week I saw that my acne was in fact decreasing! The blue light feature is wonderful and really does help with my acne; I just leave it in one spot for the 3 minutes until it buzzes and then I move it to another spot until all my acne gets the blue light. As far as the vibration cleansing brush goes, I only tried it once and decided that I didn't like it, so I just stick to my regular cleansing scrubby. Not gonna lie, I was kinda skeptical about the blue light therapy working for my acne, but I'm glad I was wrong because now I use it at least 3 times a week or more as it really does help with acne. I can't really say much if it helps with pores or not as I can't really tell. I highly recommend for anyone with acne prone skin.

First I love the color so chic and it's my first time to use their skincare tool. The PMD clean acne is very gentle on the skin I did not experience dryness after I'm using this product. It's adjustable you can choose the volume high or low the vibration. I like this skincare tool because it helps to massage my skin. Also easy to clean and very washable the silicone brushes. This size is perfect that you can able to bring anywhere. I used my gel cleanser using this one and it was a great tool for my skin. I did not have any irritation while I'm using the silicone brush on my skin. Definitely a good one to have
