[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this product. This cooktop is a vast improvement over our old builder grade cooktop that have had since we moved in. Since this is a more powerful cooktop than our old one we have had to adjust our cooking style so that we do not burn the food. Of course this is not the fault of the unit at all. And the griddle that comes with it is fantastic. Note that the gridle is not non-stick so you will need to take that into account when using it. Not that I mind this at all as I really am not a fan of non-stick to start with.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this product in July and had it delivered in October. I had em ever used or owned a gas cooktop until recently and I will never go back. It cooks my food way better than I ever thought.
Pros: ease of use, Quality, Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance
Honestly it is very good but (1) the grilles are not mark properly to indicate their individual placement as well the disk for each burner. This caused some issues with the flame and the scratches from trying them to fit.

Hey there. When using the CBGJ3027S cooktop, it's normal to hear clicking from the burners' electric spark igniters when you turn on one burner—all igniters activate simultaneously, which is standard. Also, a popping sound after cooking, caused by the metal plate in the oven expanding from heat changes, is typical and not indicative of anything out of the ordinary.
