Great on paper, terrible in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible choice for our remodel! While the oven looks stylish and on paper, it seems like a good choice. It is a terrible oven. Preheat times are ridiculously long. Expect 30 to 45 minutes to come up to any reasonable temperature. And don't even get me started on the airfry feature that can take an hour to heat up the oven. The app is glitchy the software is unreliable and you can't even remote. Start the oven when you need to without being there to start it. Wait what? Yes, remote start doesn't work unless you turn it on and then don't press anymore buttons because it will turn itself off. So if you want to start the oven you have to put it in remote start mode before you leave for the day.

Good features, each oven is very large

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors are very deep and that can be an issue if you’re short. Otherwise we are pretty happy with it. It runs a little hotter (or is better insulated) than expected so you have to watch cook times carefully. We’ve used both ovens at the same time quite successfully.

Review update: Broil function only works with door closed so cannot achieve desired effect. More like baking in a hot oven that will not produce char. Steam function never worked. Gives error message to fill the reservoir. LG tech stopped by Wednesday and will return when they can schedule two techs (removing oven is a two person job) and he has an opportunity to research the error. I have buyer's remorse. LG: will you consider taking this oven back?
I pat finger typed my earlier review which should have stated baking a cake at 350-degrees, not over 3,000 degrees!
Another reviewer mentioned the deep doors. Gliding racks would help!
