Low value for the money.

Low value for the money. This baby monitor is too expensive considering that they only give you one year of insights, after this time it becomes a regular baby monitor. Don’t waste your money.

Nanit subscription scam

Do not purchase. Subscription is a scam. After you spend hundreds of dollars on the device, Nanit has a trick up its sleeves: a required membership to start using the device. Then Nanit makes it impossible to cancel the subscription. To date I have not been able to cancel my subscription while they upcharge me for things I don't need. Buy from another brand. This company uses deceptive practices.

Best monitor- hands down!

I was gifted the Nanit pro for my first baby in 2022 and could I not imagine life without it. I love the insights milestones feature and the "watch your baby grow" feature. I am having my second baby this week and already have our second Nanit ready to go. I took the trip down memory lane with the insights feature and cried so many happy tears looking back at my now 3 year old over the years and how much he has grown. I am greatly looking forward to going back and looking at precious memories of our newest baby- I cannot recommend the Nanit enough! Thank you Nanit and team!!

Amazing Company & Products!

We have been using Nanit for 6 1/2 years now for all our kids. The camera monitoring is fantastic & soo clear. it is also so easy to install & set up. I have always loved having it right on my phone instead of having to carry around a 2nd monitor. My only complaint is that it doesnt ever notify me when my kids get out of their bed & leave their room. My daughter also has their sound machine. It is so easy to use & has a great selection of sounds. I really liked that it had a specific sound for waking up. I do wish it had more than 1 option for waking up sounds. I also love that I can listen into her room, but it would be so nice if I could actually talk to her through the machine. I highly highly recommend all of the Nanit products! They are all so thorough & well thought out! The company took the time to really make sure the technology & the equipment was going to work well from the start, so you dont have to worry about your babies & you can sleep well at night (when the baby allows 😅)
