I came from Miku because too many software issues with Miku- I will say that I’m loving Nanit but I do wish you could have the option to track breathing for kiddo without having to use belly band or anything. I understand it might not be as accurate but it would be nice to allow for it like my Miku did

Love the features, although some

Love the features, although some may be too sensitive even when turned down. My biggest complaint is not being able to have a handheld to watch the monitors on, I have newborn and toddler so we use split screen. Also with a newborn, he’s a very active sleeper so sometimes it states he’s awake when he’s really just wiggling sleeping. I do recommend to parents of two though!

I’m on my second child and finally decided to invest in the Nanit—and wow, it’s absolutely worth the hype and every penny! After trying several cheaper alternatives, nothing compares to the Nanit’s quality, precision, and reliability. The motion sensitivity is spot-on, and I love that I can keep an eye on my baby even while using my phone or iPad for other things.
My 10-month-old is in the phase of pulling everything, so the built-in cord hider is a total lifesaver—it keeps both the camera and my baby safe. I loved it so much that I bought a second one for my 2-year-old’s room! Switching both kids over to Nanit has been a complete game changer for peace of mind.
If you’re on the fence, stop searching—this is the one. Excellent quality, great value, and the comfort of knowing your little ones are always in view. Truly the best investment for any parent!

The camera overall is great

The camera overall is great the video quality and features are impressive. The only downside is that the integration with Google Home isn’t as seamless as I would like. When using the Google Home tablets, the Nanit video feed tends to buffer or stop unexpectedly (I stress test my network so I know its not a limitation of Wi-Fi bandwidth). Because of that, I often rely on my backup Google Home indoor camera to keep monitoring throughout the house on different displays. It’s not a dealbreaker, especially at this price point, but it’s a small detail that could make the experience even better. The phone app, on the other hand, has been fantastic — very reliable and easy to use

Our baby is 9 weeks

Our baby is 9 weeks old. We started using the Nanit around 4 weeks, and we would put her in her crib to practice napping. We also have someone help watch our baby a few random nights to allow us to get some rest, and it is so comforting knowing I can watch back to see how much sleep our baby got. This will be so nice in the future if we are traveling and we want to check in on our sweet girl!!

We love the Nanit! We've

We love the Nanit! We've used it with our oldest for two years now and have just purchased a second monitor to use with our new baby (1 month old). Having the breathing monitoring is invaluable at this stage, as it helps me sleep and calms my mom anxiety. It's reliable, travels great, and has been an important part of the early childhood years in our household. And now, with two kids, the split screen feature is really useful so we can monitor both kids at once (although I do wish I could see, and start, the breathing monitoring for the baby while it's on split screen. It's slightly annoying you have to stop listening to the older kid to start or check the breathing monitoring).
I'm docking one star because our first Nanit monitor is having trouble latching to the stand right now—the attachment mechanism seems to have worn out. But we're in touch with the Nanit team trying to figure out a fix for that.
