I had a traditional non-WiFi

I had a traditional non-WiFi baby monitor for 4 years before switching to the nanit. It is such a game changer - being able to be outside while baby naps is so nice. I also love that I will get an alert on my watch when there is motion, noise, or a cry detected in baby’s crib. That way I am not glued to the monitor because I will be notified if baby needs me! Bought one for me and then immediately bought one for my mom’s house as well. Best baby monitor out there!

We love our Nanit! We purchased a second one when we had our second child last month, and being able to view the 2 kids simultaneously via split screen is such a nice feature. The video quality is great, and the app’s UI is pretty intuitive and pleasant to use. I just have two suggestions for improvements: 1. Don’t flash the light on the camera when performing OS updates (it wakes up my son in his crib). 2. I’d love to be able to view the split screen cameras Picture-in-Picture on my iPhone, the same way you can view each camera individually in PIP. Thanks!

The technology is amazing. I loved being alerted when baby is moving around or making a sound!
I love the way the camera adjust to the lighting in the room so we always have a clear view of the baby.
I feel comfortable when he's wearing the belly band to monitor his breathing. I have a peace of mind when he's alone in the room and I'm around the house. Even with a family member watching him it makes me feel more secure having the camera on.

Love it but could use

Love it but could use some tweeks. When having more then 1 monitor you need to purchase 2 plans separately but I also wish there was a feature where you can record a moment on your own like you can with a photo. I currently have a 2yr old and a 3month old.

Quality of the video is great and all the extra features. I paid for the membership as well to assist with sleep training, I love that it tracked the sleep time. But was having constant problems with the connection and it took forever to load. Always had to reset the app multiple times. For the amount of money I expected a smooth and reliable monitor.
