I had this product in a box, I bought it ahead of time to use my FSA money and not lose it. When I used it, it failed within 24 hours and was not able to be fixed through general troubleshooting. It turns out, warranty expired and nothing could be done about it. Yes, I kept it in the box for a year and a few days before using it, but it was stored appropriately. I have never had a product that was faulty after less than a day of usage, I will actively recommend against this product.

My husband and I have a peace of mind that our baby is sleeping well. The notifications allows us to get things done around the house without having continuous checking a monitor. Very easy setup & convenient! A great investment and worth every penny!

Works great! I have two children and I keep one in both of their rooms and I’m able to view both at the same time which is amazing. One of the best features of this baby monitor are the fact that you can turn off your phone or device and still hear what is going on. It’s super convenient! I would definitely recommend this product to new parents, parents of multiple children, older parents, anybody that is looking to monitor their child or multiple children.

Generally like this product and provides piece of mind for us when the baby sleeps. The baby monitor is easy to use which is a plus. We feel the quality of the picture on the monitor could be clearer. We also can’t figure out how to deactivate the beeping sound on the monitor that indicates when the baby is crying.
