Worse laptop and customer experience ever

I bought 2 Yoga 9i laptops for my children when they went to college. Both laptops have had the same hardware failure where the hard drive is not detected. Both laptops were purchased at the same time and included 3 years of premium care support. Today we submitted our fifth repair ticket for one laptop. To date the SSD has been replaced, then the mother board was replaced. With todays ticket the mother board, SSD, heat sink, fans and thermal isolation barrier will be replaced. The second laptop has had the motherboard and SSD replaced.
Bottom line if you need a reliable laptop do not buy the Yoga 9i and if you want a company which stands behind their products and cares about the customers experience don't buy a Lenovo.
Even after the repair I will need to purchase two new laptops before my kids leave for a semester abroad as the Lenovo 9i laptops have proven to be unreliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Year and a half old both USB C ports have gotten 'unreliable' Problem who ever thought it was a good idea to have the power port be a USB C. Now there is no reliable way to power or charge the battery. Have been buying Lenovos for years as a System Admin. I have lenovo laptops that are still on Windows 10 and are 10 years old. Bought this one as a retirement gift - oh well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product comes with rechargeable pan and lovely case. It is very light, thin, has great sound and screen resolution. Has great large touch pad that allows you to work fast, the design is great, I would recomend anyone who wants as light, comfy, stylish laptop with strong properties.

Will not boot up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased for my child in college. Computer stopped working two weeks after purchase. Was convinced to try repairing rather than replace. Same issue occurred two weeks later (after the return window). Out for repairs once again. Very concerned about the long term reliability.
