I have owned at least four iPads, usually trading up when the battery life begins to shorten. I love the concept and do all of my reading on the device. I recently bought a new iPad and decided to upgrade from the 11 inch screen to the 13 inch model. I figured the increase screen size would be beneficial to my aging eyesight. It has been a benefit, however, I did not think that the increased weight would be such a considerable difference. It is much heavier and difficult to manage while reading in bed. I have gone back to my old 11 incher and have started treating the 13 incher as a laptop computer. I just use it as a desktop unit. Moral of the story is that bigger is not always better.
Large screen, easy to transfer his data from old device, crystal clear images, runs the digital art apps he’s always wanted but couldn’t have on his old device, arrived fast! Needs a longer charging cord.
