solid range and hood for money

Bought the range and hood for our kitchen remodel, look carefully at delivery options with retailer to make sure the retailer will install it and not deliver it only to the curb which I experienced and had to change retailers. Also note that the space to install the gas piping flex in the back is along the bottom of the range so it can go back against the wall, no room for valve and piping above the bottom area, if you can, get a pic of the back so you can install gas valve and flex line correctly from the beginning, very satisfied with quality, had minor issue with an allen screw and customer service was all over it and helped resolve very quickly, don't hestitate to call them as they are very nice and responsive to resolve an issue, the Thor hood is great too with strong ventilation -3 levels and so far we only use lowest section, stainless steel looks great with polish, try to leave blue plastic film on hood and vent until all installed if possible, heat exhaust is at back top of the range and runs up the wall, would buy again for sure as of today

Great, looking oven!

However, it seems to have a lot of features that I am anxious to use, including, dehydration, air, frying, aside from basic baking and roasting. I highly recommend this very attractive piece of equipment.

So Far THE BEST Gas Range EVER!

I did a lot of research prior to this purchase and I am extremely happy I went with this Thor model. I have not used all of the features for this range, but what I have used, I am highly impressed! It is the best range I've ever owned and I definitely highly recommend it to anyone thinking of purchasing this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased the 36 inch gas range…it looks great but to be installed my contractor had to move the outlet location several inches down to accommodate the power cord otherwise it would never have been able to sit flush against the wall. Why aren’t these equipped with a right angled bulkhead on the power cord? If you’re doing a new build or renovating allow for this. If it’s a retrofit, expect to have some additional work done.

Nice Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this stove two days ago but I am happy with it so far. Replaced a 12yr old high end brand that had a failure and was no longer making parts because they discontinued the model.
I need to get used to the different heat of the burners on this stove top but I like having the oven where I can actually set the temperature precisely and the oven size is better too. It has a lot of good features I am looking forward to trying.
Two things - Had to return/replace the first one I received because the metal at the front top was smashed before they packed it (oven handle was packed over top of it and not damaged) and the next one had a little scratch on that section but I kept it because it will likely get scratched in normal use anyway. They could use some quality control inspection... That was one thing. 2nd thing is that they have a straight plug which prevents putting the stove back in place properly depending on outlet location. It should have a flat plug so I had to get an adapter before I can get it in place.
