Lack of charger; And what's with the reviews?

This phone isn't for me but for my mother. Wanted to upgrade her phone. haven't officially did that because i realized once received that there was no charger. I was able to charge it with my S9 charger (can't use it with the cable included in the phone) but it's a backup and I shouldn't have to do that since I use that backup for when I'm out. I should've read the description on the website but I don't understand why there wasn't a charger included. I shouldn't have to buy a separate charger or the phone. It should be included. Also, this is for the review section. It looks like most of the reviews are for a nokia phone? Why is this on a samsung product page? It's confusing the customer.

Slow

So I received this phone on June 13,2022 and today is June 27,2022 so far the phone has been slow loading to watch videos and then when I listen to music the volume keeps going low then high again!! And it keeps getting really hot! And then it freezes at times then it crashes at other times.this phone was poorly made and then when I called them to explain they said I need to pay for another plan to update all the while knowing that my bill do not need to get paided until July 13,2022...

Item is not what I thought it was. Specs were not on site. Specs are different from Samsung's own site. Phone is slow. The camera is beyond awful. This is the worst phone I have ever bought.

I wish the camera performed better but besides from that the phone is great.
