Use this for road trips in our van. Works great on those cramps and stiffness you get after driving for several hours without a break!

This is a game changer. Higher settings are great for post workout and recovery. use with a chair to hit hard to each spots without help.

Nifty and portable way to roll out tight muscles
on October 12, 2024
Posted by: Julius D
Even when I'm not hindered by tight muscles that this awesome little Star Wars grenade can't get, I love bringing this around so that my friends can get in on it before any of our activities, whether a bike ride or climbing or running or whatever! Anyone who's used to rolling out muscle and fascia will get a better quicker benefit with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using a lacrosse ball for years, all jokes aside the vibration helps speed up the process and release the knots

great idea in theory but it does not really work. You cannot really hold it on hand and you need a hold set up to use it. It is almost a workout on its own. I would suggest to get something you can hold.
