Disappointed

I have always been a Fitbit owner but they have not come out with any new ones. I went with the Garmin because I did not want to charge the battery everyday. I am very disappointed as my battery dies every day. I also have a very hard time getting it to charge I have to mess with it for like 10 minutes to get it placed to charge also very very hard to read and read. I would not recommend this watch to anyone. I am sad I got this.

I just received my garmin trend watch. Kind of disappointed. The watch feels like a small toy. Seems to be made of cheap materials. Overall, there is nothing fancy about the watch. Also there is a huge lag on checking the screen.

I like the watch, but it is hard to see the hands at night. Also I have to adjust the hands about every three days. As for the app it is a little confusing on how to use it

I have tried everything on your website - deleted and reinstalled app and watch, repaired and nothing has worked- no sleep data and steps and body battery are 12 hours behind
